This camera does not have those settings available, just a crappy grainy picture possible?

The webcam is an HP TrueVision HD camera with integrated digital microphone. Should be 1920x1080 resolution.

Shame on HP "Customer Support". It's clearly spelled out in the specs 720p (1280x720) is not full HD (1920x1080). . Front Facing Camera Megapixels 0.92 megapixels Front Facing Camera Video Resolution 720p
