“I read a review that the alpha and numeric characters on the keys rub off with use. Anyone else experience this? This is a real drawback!!!!”

I've only had the laptop for a few months, so I haven't seen any wear. The keys feel like a standard quality. I have many old keyboards where the commonly used letters start to wear off, but I don't see any indication that these wear off quicker than any others. You'd have to do some long term tests, and by then this laptop would probably be obsolete! ;)
