Like all new computers the spreadsheet and word usage abilities need to be purchased and installed. I use the Microsoft Home and School to obtain Word, Excel for a one time fee rather than Microsoft 365 that has annual fees of $65.00. The home and office for $149.00 one time fee per computer has Word, Excel, Power Point. Best Buys and will assist in installing via geek-squad. That service is the best to get the computer tune up or correct issues. Their annual fee is well worth the cost. Fred
