• Need to go to the windows website to be able to turn off S mode. Google turning off S mode in Windows 10.

• The computer ships with Windows 10 in S mode. Turning it off isn't difficult (Microsoft has the instructions on their website) but you can always have the Geek Squad convert it from S Mode to Windows 10 Home.
