I brought a computer from Best buy, a Dell, it didnt work, took it back, and all the accessories for it, Had a $1000.00 dollar gift card, took that, computer didnt not work, took it to you break I fix, computer was not new, it didnt have any drivers, been on the phone today talked with 5 people the last person was supposed to call me back so she could verify me, never called back after being on the phone for hours, so I at a dead end again, she was suppose to send me a card, guess I not going to get it, because she didnt verify who I was, It a shame that a person has to go thru all this just to resolve this manner. Thank you Crystal for helping me, but when you sent me to the next rep. she drop the ball, never got a call back period!
