Q: QuestionIs it possible for BestBuy to install Win 7 in this computer and delete WIN 10? If possible, what would BestBuy charge for this?

• A:Answer You would have to have a Windows 7 product key and you would have to ask the store what they would charge for reformatting and reinstall Windows.
