• Yes, I wouldn't recommend it, but there is an identical product to the one I have that is exclusive due to the data plan.

• Yes it is. It is actually 100 bucks cheaper if you activate it. It says on the info next to the laptop that it's through Verizon I believe. I also think it's only through Verizon.

• Whatever internet service you have presently it will work. I use Verizon thru my home internet service.
