• Quality has been great. My daughter uses it daily (Monday - Friday) for one, sometimes two zooms per day for school.

• It should be good. Have you tried both the Chrome and Android versions of the software? They will both run on this Chromebook. Here is a Zoom support link: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us
