Unfortunately we are not seeing that comment anywhere. iTunes at this time is not compatible with Google Chrome's operating system, which is why it will not work. That being said, you can add your music content from iTunes into the Google Play Music library in order to enjoy your media!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a Chromebook, so it runs ChromeOS. Apple has not created an iTunes version for ChromeOS, so no iTunes on this, or any, Chromebook. Those of us who run ChromeOS and Linux have been asking Apple for a webUI or ChromeOS\Linux version of iTunes for years to no avail, so don't hold your breath waiting for Apple. If you must run iTunes, you will need to look at a machine that runs either Win10 or MacOS.
