• It does not. If you use Google docs, sheets,slides etc. You don't need Office. However I think online versions are available. Try using Google products to see if they work for you before making the switch. Yes it does work with a cloud based printer.

• No. Chromebooks do not have Windows as their operating system. They are laptops that have a Chrome OS. They have google docs with similar functions. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chrome_OS
