A:AnswerYes, you will need a wireless printer that is Google Cloud Printing enabled; most current production printers (and all of HP's current models) have this ability!
A:AnswerHi Laurie,
Unfortunately, the answer is probably no. Chromebooks are not able to run traditional applications that run on Windows or Mac devices. Generally speaking, Chromebooks run an enhanced version of the chrome web browser and are built for people who live and work using the web. You can do word processing using Google's Docs service or similar products like Word Online which is part of the Office 365 subscription but if you have to use an older application like Word Perfect x7 you will need a Windows device.
One quick note, looking online it does not appear that the original version of WordPerfect X7 runs on Windows 10 which means that you have have to patch the software (it looks like X7 service pack 2 might make the software compatible with Windows 10) or upgrade to a newer version of Word Perfect to get the software to work with a modern laptop running an update to date version of Win 10.
A:AnswerUnfortunately for Macintosh, Linux, or Chromebook owners, WordPerfect only runs on Microsoft Windows. If you need Wordperfect, then you'll need to have a Microsoft Windows machine to run it.
A:AnswerVideo editing is limited on a Chromebook as doing a lot of video editing tends to require a more powerful processor than most Chromebooks are equipped with. And bountiful local storage is important for good performance when doing video editing and rendering. That said, one can do light editing of video clips, so the occasional editing task is doable, and will be getting better by late 2019 when GPU acceleration and full support for Audio is enabled in the Linux environment on a Chromebook. That will open up access to multiple video editing capabilities that don't exist on Chromebooks today.
A:AnswerNot by itself, but that is EASY to do on most any laptop - either use a USB GPS or Bluetooth GPS, I prefer BT, and you will be able to use most mapping programs. Something like Google maps may need to have you have a wireless internet (hotspot) in your car (usually your phone can be a hotspot)
