- Answer This is a Chromebook which can only run apps from the Google Play Store or the Chrome web store. You need a laptop with Windows 10 Home to run the Holley EFI software.

QuestionI just got this chromebook and I love everything except when I try to use the video. It says the video is on but there is a red light next to the camera and it is black. Any advice out there for getting my video to work?

- Answer This HP Chromebook has a webcam privacy switch. To turn off the camera, slide the camera privacy switch toward the display. To turn on the camera, slide the camera privacy switch toward the front of the computer (or towards you).

QuestionCould someone recommend me a tight fitting sleeve for this laptop? I already have a laptop case for 15.6 inch displays but I'm looking for something that fits this skin tight as extra protection. Anyone find a perfect fit yet?

- Answer I just posted a 5 star review for the Insignia Laptop Briefcase Black NS-NB101-14. Overall, it has approx. 4.9 star reviews. I use it for a 14.9 laptop and it says it has room for the 15.6. It looks like it would fit snuggly and it has a velcro strap to help keep it in place inside. There are 9 pockets and compartments on and inside this bag. It is listed at $24.99 but I was able to get it on sale for $19.99. Check it out and see if this fits your needs.

- Answer No, this model does not come with a stylus, nor does it support an active stylus of any kind. You can use a passive stylus that would have the same response as a fingertip.

- Answer With a USB-C dongle that gives you a video port like HDMI or Display Port or even the old VGA, you can drive an external monitor easily. And there are USB-C dock stations that can drive more than one external monitor. The max resolutions depend on the specs of the monitor and the capability of the docking station / dongle adapter. The integrated 620 GPU on the Intel Core-I3 is not a high-end graphics processor for serious gaming, but it can handle video editing and multiple screens just fine.

- Answer The HP x360 14 has what every modern laptop has these days: USB-C ports that can move data at rates over 5Gb/sec. Just as with a MacBook etc. you'll need to get an adapter to provide USB-C to HDMI (or DisplayPort, DVI, or VGA etc.) capability. The adapters start at about $15 on Amazon. I'd recommend that you spend around $35-50 for a USB-C adapter that has at least one additional USB-A port, and the ability to keep charging your Chromebook while using the adapter via power pass-through to the USB-C. These adapters are plug-and-play. USB-C is very flexible and very capable way to configure the ports you need. USB-C docking stations can give you a single-wire hookup to the HP x360 Chromebook for all of your external stuff: mouse, keyboard, monitor, external disc drive etc.

- Answer The stylus pen is not included with this Chromebook. The HP Rechargable USI Pen, 8NN78AA, would be compatible with this Chromebook.

- Answer i was using untill yesterday a sandisk 128gb at like 90MB/s, but upgraded to a sandisk 200gb 100MB/s and both work perfect saving a lot of pictures and designs from Gravit.

- Answer This is the newest HP 8G model. And with a sale price of $200 less than the comparable Acer model, I chose this one. When/if they put the Acer Spin 713 on as deep a sale as this was, I'll likely get that one also.

- Answer Jess, seeing as how your quite familiar with the Chrome ecocosm this new Chromebook should be a great fit for you. It has the new 10th gen. Intel Core i3 and the latest Wifi protocol, Wifi 6-ax. Make sure you purchase model: 14c-CA0053DX.

- Answer Hey Lewis, this Chromebook does have a built-in webcam. Also, it does have 64GB of built in storage, so you can save documents directly to the Chromebook with no need for any external hard drives.
