- Answer No. Chromebooks operate on the Chrome OS not Windows. There are sometimes apps available that run on Chrome that also run on windows and their data files might be able to be read by a windows pc running the software. Also for example this Chromebook can run android versions of word and excel.

- Answer Chromebooks work best with wireless printers. As long as your printer is wireless compatible, there should not be a disk needed. You can try connecting using a USB cable, but support is more limited for USB connected printing.
