- Answer This has 500 GB which is a lot of photos. but no CD/DVD dtrive. Thats not a problem, just get a USB external one. While you are at it, get a USB expansion bar. You will want more than the couip[le provided.

- Answer Not familiar with those two programs. However, you should be able to download and install any program that says it is certified - or will run on Windows 10 Operating System. Hope this helps and Good Luck!

- Answer This computer will easily handle office and word programs, It is a good choice for students because it is thin, light, easy to carry, good battery life but comfortable for lots of typing and a big enough screen so your not squinting to see everything. Bluetooth enabled also. Charger is a bit bulky but they all are. also functions as a tablet. The i3 processor is powerful enough for all kinds of average computing.

- Answer There is no downgrade to Windows 7 available unless you have a product key and installation media which is no longer available. Also, the components in the laptop are newer and may not be supported so the computer may not run any better. You could add a Solid State Drive as well as more RAM but the key to better performance is in the Processor, which cannot be upgraded. If this laptop is running slow for you then it is likely you did not get the best model designed based on your usage.

- Answer I recommend an annual subscription to MS Office 365. It has Word, Excel, 1 Note, Outlook, all the productivity items you could ever want.

- Answer This model would work okay at video and photo editing. It may take some time to render the video or open a very large photo but it would work fairly well. For a better experience I would look for a model with an i5 with 8gb of RAM.

- Answer If you are careful with it and don't bang it around, especially when it is turned on, 4 or 5 years. By then you will be wanting a newer faster one, or what ever the tech is 4 or 5 years from now.
