Thank you for the question. This computer uses Windows 10 on S Mode, where software can only be downloaded from the Microsoft Store - this is a safety measure. If you wish more flexibility in what you can download, you can convert the system to Windows 10 Home, for free. This is a non-reversible change. Note that this computer has just 128GB of storage; you might want to use an SD card or flash drive for storage, so as not to overwhelm the system.
