• The factory expectancy is 1300-1500 pages. This of course is at basic settings for a normal page. If you can afford the extra for the 201x, I would get that because it's expectancy is roughly 2300 pages.

• It states 1500 pages but I actually got more than 2000 pages from the toner.

• 1500 pgs- get the high yield, 201X not 201A- not much more money and almost twice as many pgs.

• One cartridge alone, can print up to 1500 pages, I owned an older model that was also an HP laser printer and printed a semester and a half of power points and notes during nursing school. Well worth the investment
