“Is there an alternative stand that can be purchased or any hp product or any product i can get to elevate the monitor, I need it a little higher than where it is now. I currently put it on a book but it makes my desk untidy”

There should be a monitor stand that should take care of the height problem. If not I have used a paper divider and turned it upside down. It looked great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There isn't a different stand that will fit. However, you can get a monitor stand like Best Buy item 4258201 that will raise the monitor three or four inches. I use something very similar.
