I am using 3 monitors on a Razer Blade 15, One plugged in the HDMI, and 2 plugged into HDMI to USBC adapters, but it is safe to say that you can do one to an HDMI port and one to a VGA port as well if your Laptop or Desktop has a VGA port.

You can do that, but the images with the VGA connection will be noticeably different from the HDMI connection (not as "crisp". If you have just one HDMI port on your PC, you can use a splitter. There are also USB-C-to-VGA adapters that might work. In either of these scenarios, you'll get a better image than with VGA alone.
