• Yes, you can use #27 as a high capacity option for #21. I find it lasts almost twice as long.

• look for 21 XL for high ink yield.

• HP54 is the high volume cartridge to replace HP21. It is very difficult to find however. Even the HP store does not have it.

• HP21 does come in 2 sizes - not sure what the sizes are, but there is one that is larger.
