• Thank you for the question. The HP 24-cr0014 can be upgraded to a maximum of 32GB DDR5 memory (2 x 16GB). Storage can be upgraded either by switching the existing SSD for one with more capacity, or connecting an external storage drive. We recommend that upgrades be performed by a professional technician.
