Happens to me when I'm watching videos on facebook. The problem is the settings in your NVIDIA control panel. Open up the control panel. On the left you should see Display > Adjust Desktop Color Settings. On this page you want to scroll down to the bottom. Under Content type reported to the display, change it from Auto to Desktop Programs. This should solve your issues.
