• I am currently using this monitor on a Windows 10 machine. So I know that it works with Win10 as long as your hardware (video) supports it. The unit has both a VGA and HDMI input ports so I think it is pretty universally compatible.

• Yes, I use it on my HP tower machine which has 10.1 on it. I also used it on my HP Envy laptop which also has 10.1 on it.
