Thank you for the question. This monitor has one HDMI connection and one VGA. You can use a VGA-to-USB Type C or HDMI-to-USB Type-c adapter to connect to your desktop, also. But your current monitors should work. Check your monitor settings and make sure you've connected the cables to the proper ports on the computer.
