“It looks like tech info says this has an HDMI port, but I can't for the life of me FIND it on my monitor. I am only seeing USBs, VGA, DisplayPort, and DVI-D. Where is the HDMI port on this monitor?”

The HDMI port is the right next to the power cord plug. Here is the diagram on page 5 of the manual: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06236316
