The HP AMD all-In-One AMD Model:24-df0214 BestBuy SKU: 6477671 that I brought for my wife, came with one stick of DDR4 8GB SODIMM 3200MHz. The HP Part Number is L06334-371. I guess the reason why HP has not answered this is because they may use different brands, speeds and part numbers of memory. The interesting thing is that HP/Best Buy states on the specs as it being 2400MHz. I brought from Best Buy, two sticks of PNY DDR4 8GB 2400Mhz. I replaced the HP memory stick with the two PNY memory sticks, so now my wife has a total of 16GB to ensure consistency and performance. Its best not to mix and match memory sticks & speeds. Note: The mother board is technically a laptop mother board, which is why the memory it uses is for a laptop (260 pins).
