You would want to look at the manufacture's site for the mouse and/or remote. Many no longer require dongles to be used with these units. This does have built in 4.2 Bluetooth which can be an issue if you have a 5.0 Bluetooth device that does not support older frequencies. If you are still having issues, you can call HP Support or Geek Squad to ask for help trouble shooting and make sure that it is running properly.
