“Does anyone else experience the computer freezing? I just bought it today&within the first 10minutes of set up it froze and continues to freezes within 10-20 minutes of use. Its annoying and its going back to the store. Is this a normal thing with this HP”

• No this is not normal. You can also contact HP support at https://support.hp.com or call them at 1-800-HPINVENT. in this case returning it sounds like the right thing to do.

• I am having this exact same issue. I exchanged the first one I bought thinking it was a glitch and now the new one I have is doing the exact same thing.
