“Purchased this device about 18 months ago, upgraded software to Windows 11. now the device froze up and Best Buy tells me i need a software OS system repair or replace.Has anyone had this issue.”

Same thing just happened to me I think, I’m taking it to get repaired tomorrow

My computer upgraded to 11. So far it has not been freezing up. How long after you updated this happened? It has been months since I allowed it to upgrade. Now you have me worried. Hope it doesn’t happen to mine.
