“Purchased this device about 18 months ago, upgraded software to Windows 11. now the device froze up and Best Buy tells me i need a software OS system repair or replace.Has anyone had this issue.”

Same thing just happened to me I think, I’m taking it to get repaired tomorrow
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My computer upgraded to 11. So far it has not been freezing up. How long after you updated this happened? It has been months since I allowed it to upgrade. Now you have me worried. Hope it doesn’t happen to mine.
