Hello, Hannah. We are sorry to hear about your challenges. If you are trying to wireless project your display (screen mirror) to another device, i.e. Roku on TV, we recommend using these instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/screen-mirroring-and-projecting-to-your-pc-5af9f371-c704-1c7f-8f0d-fa607551d09c If you have connected a monitor to this computer to use as a 2nd display, you will want to select the Windows key (to the left of the space bar) and P. Then, you can choose to extend or duplicate your screen. Extend means that you can have a different screen. Duplicate means you are mirroring what is on your computer. Here is more information on how to set up a monitor on this computer: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how-to-use-multiple-monitors-in-windows-329c6962-5a4d-b481-7baa-bec9671f728a#Category=Windows_10 If you need further assistance, we recommend reaching out to HP Support: https://support.hp.com
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
