Yes it does, although not wirelessly. I'm using an $18 USB-C to HDMI cable to connect my HP Spectre x360 to the monitor (the matching finish between the laptop and monitor is a nice plus). You could also just get a USB-C to HDMI adapter to use with the HDMI cable that comes with the monitor.

While the monitor doesn't have USB port, you can get an adapter that will fit the included HDMI cable and connect to the USB-C port on the laptop. As far as I know, there are no wireless monitors currently available.
