• Yes you could buy the monitor works like a t.v. So you manually have to switch from input to input

• No. How would the monitor know which computer you wanted to use if you did not have a switch to tell it?

• Yes. I have two computers attached to the two hdmi ports. I just switch between the two inputs using the monitor controls.
