• Its original design is of course 110~120V. You could use this with 220V as long as you have the proper adapter for down-stepping the 220V to 110~120V.

• I don't think so, it has a 115 volt plug on it. You would have to use a transformer to step down the voltage to 115. You may have to check its specifications to see about that. If you are overseas, you may be at 50 cps. That could be an issue also.
