“There was no vga cable in the box. I purchased two monitors and neither had the bag cord. The description says the VGA is included but only HDMI cord was in the box”

I didn't get one either, I think the description is in error. I was able to utilize HDMI. An older VGA cable will work, but maybe BestBuy will give you a VGA cable, you will have to ask them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It may be a mistake, the box does not mention it does it? You cannot use the FreeSync technology without using a digital format like HDMI. If you have the ability to use HDMI I certainly would. If you need VGA, it is a standard cable that has been around for decades and you can use any existing cable you may have.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The HMDI is the new World order. Most companies and/ or residence are going HMDI because it is a better reception for the CPU and other devices, such as Game play units when used and your videos that are produces in HMDI or even Blue Ray.
