“I have a Xbox one X and I have been using this monitor with it. This monitor says that it is 144hz but when I first turn on the monitor it says I’m only getting 60hz. Is there a way to get 60hz? Also, is there any way to change the resolution? Thanks”

The Xbox one X supports higher frame rates but most games are locked at 30-60FPS. Verify you are playing a higher resolution supported title and your settings on your Xbox are correct. Reach out to Microsoft support or the Geek Squad if you need assistance.
