“I have Win10 laptop with Intel graphics card, and a Plugable docking station with an HDMI port. Could I connect multiple external monitors, two of these? If so what would I need: DisplayPort between 2 monitors, and HDMI to the dock? Thanks!”

Each monitor will need its own port to plug into. Connecting the monitors together and running an HDMI cable to the dock will not work. You will need a dock that has multiple Displayport or HDMI ports.
