• No need to enable anyting for the fast response time it's tied into the refresh rate.

• In order to Display "...the fastest response time.."(144Hz), it will ONLY be possible with a "DisplayPort Cable". This monitor does not support 144Hz over HDMI, instead with an HDMI you get 60Hz.
