• Had the same thing happen to me.If your using a graphic card then do a clean install of the latest drivers.that worked for me.

• It could be. To test it, try a different cable, make sure it's securely connected at both ends, and see if the problem still occurs. If it does, you'll need to take it back to Best Buy for an exchange.
