“I just bought the HP 25x and a CyberPowerPC desktop. However, the monitor is not starting. It keeps on saying “ DisplayPort: inactive” in blue and “ HDMI: inactive” in grey but I have the HDMI wire connected to the monitor and the desktop motherboard.”

• Make sure you're plugged into the graphic card on the back of the PC and not elsewhere. Ours has ports for both. The graphic card ports were capped, remove the cap and plug in.

• Make sure have HDMI plug in right area on the tower. Mine works just fine..
