In the settings on your pc and your monitor you have to go adjust input and the monitor to say 144hz then it will work fine.

Please try again later.If you are on Windows 10, right click your desktop and click Display Settings->Advanced display settings->Display adapter properties for Display 1 (assuming you don't have multiple monitors)->Monitor tab->Change Screen Refresh Rate with the drop-down menu.
