“When I press the button for info it says I have 1920x1080 60hz. How do I get 144hz and 1ms response time?”

• In the settings on your pc and your monitor you have to go adjust input and the monitor to say 144hz then it will work fine.

• Depends on your OS and graphics card. I had to go into nvidia settings to change it running windows 10

• If you are on Windows 10, right click your desktop and click Display Settings->Advanced display settings->Display adapter properties for Display 1 (assuming you don't have multiple monitors)->Monitor tab->Change Screen Refresh Rate with the drop-down menu.

• You need to make sure your computer is set and capable of feeding 144hz. I recommend reaching out to the Geek Squad or your computer manufacturer for the process on your particular computer.
