Thank you for the question. Apologies for what you're experiencing. The 7G9S1AA All-in-One PC comes with a wireless mouse and keyboard. Ensure you've installed the batteries, switched it to the "on" position, and plugged the receiver into a USB port. It should connect almost immediately.
