It's really easy. You can find a youtube walkthru on how to do it. Can be done in less than an hour.

They're located in the back of the computer, but to get to them you need to remove several other parts. and if you don't know what you're doing, it's best to have a professional do the work. because it's easy to damage some of the other components. But a professional can upgrade the computer to 64 gigabytes.
