“Neither the keyboard or mouse that came with this computer are connecting via BlueTooth. The printer did. Was there supposed to be a USB chip or should it have connected directly? When I go to Settings and add a device for bluetooth, neither shows up.”

Thank you for the question. The keyboard and mouse are wireless using the receiver and are not connected by Bluetooth. You'll connect the receiver that came with the All-in-One into a USB port on the computer. Insert the batteries into the keyboard and mouse. Slide the switch to the "On" position. You may see a small LED light up briefly to indicate that the device is powered on. After plugging in the USB receiver, your computer should automatically detect the new devices and install any necessary drivers.
