A:AnswerCody, thank you for your question about this HP all-in-one desktop! You can contact HP Support for a replacement dongle for the keyboard and mouse.
A:AnswerI don't know if this is what you're experiencing, but I was having issues with mine taking a very long time to "wake up" from sleeping mode--like I had to just go off and do some unrelated chore or errand while it recovered from its "rest"...
After 30 days however, after the free McAfee trial ended, performance quickly improved and "waking" time shortened a bunch.
I've had a long-time subscription to Webroot Threat Shield, and had downloaded it right away to the new HP AIO--so I don't know if the extremely slow wake-time was due to the 2 antivirus programs fighting, or if it was a McAfee issue. In any case, things are MUCH improved since I uninstalled McAfee.
There were also many pop-up offers and info screens etc that must have been programmed into Windows 11 for new users, which interrupted and annoyed me during the first month or so... but for the most part they have ended now and left me to my own devices (nice!!), so that has seemed to help my experience with this new computer also.
A:AnswerThe one-year factory warranty starts the day that it is manufactured not the day you purchase it. I called HP today and that's what they told me. My warranty only had 5 months left on it when I purchased it. As Best Buy Total member their protection plan is 2 years. One year if you are not a member.
A:AnswerThe screen is 27 inches diagonally; 24 inches total side to side, including miniscule frame, and 14.75 inches top to bottom, including frame. Top to bottom, just the screen is 13.5 inches, width is 23.75.
A:AnswerI don’t understand the question. This is a computer, not a monitor. There is no option to use it as a monitor. Dell had a 27” AIO years ago that had an option to use it as a monitor or a PC but this HP does not have that capability
