“What is the purpose of the second HDMI port? I would assume it is for connecting a second computer but how do you swap which computer is being displayed if both are booted up? I use both a personal and business laptop and usually both are running.”

You can plug in your laptop along with another hdmi device and use the toggle buttons on the screen to switch between inputs to display video
