I purchased 2 of these monitors; both monitors will not allow full edge to edge picture. I have tried adjusting the resolution and everything else. No purpose in having a 27 inch screen and the display is only showing 23 inches. Any way to fix this issue? null

It looks to me like your graphics card doesn't support a QHD monitor setup.  It appears to be a standard 1080 graphics card.

From corner to corner, the inner screen area is in fact 27"
