“I just received this pc today. The top of the screen is leaning forward. Is this adjustable to a straight up position? Also, outer shell of this pc is not as well made as my older pavilion 23 all-in-one. There are gaps between lower screen & bottom panel.”

I'm sorry to hear that. There really isn't a way to adjust the screen tilt. I'd contact Best Buy directly to see about getting a replacement as an exchange.
