Does anyone have an answer? I have the same problem. How do you fix this?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This same thing happened with a new computer that we bought several months ago. The problem turned out to be a florescent reading lamp that was too close to the computer. When the reading lamp was moved a couple of feet away, the mouse bouncing problem went away. I hope this helps.
