“This was easy to set up. However there was no HDMI cord even though it showed one in the setup instructions. I tried opening a photo that is on my desktop and it won't open. It opened yesterday with my old monitor. Why is this happening?”

• My box had the HDMI cable in it so sounds like they left yours out.
