• You will have to buy a VESA Mount Adapter Bracket for it .... an extra $20 to $35 bucks

• I'm going to have to say no for this question. I just installed 2 of them and they do not have the typical wall mount screw holes on the back panel. But the stands take up very little space.....9"w by 7" deep roughly.
