Will this monitor work with a 2017 iMac? null

Yes, this monitor does work with the 2017 iMac. Monitor looks good BUT as others have noted the HP display doesn't scale to the size of the iMac. Which means you can manually size down your graphics or web pages with command - or command +...but the FINDER bar at the top will always be much larger than the iMac just because it isn’t a 5k monitor. Not sure I will keep it or not. Set up was fast and easy. I purchased the Belkin HDMI to USB-C adapter. Price was great and looks nice next to the iMac since it has the similar silver color and style.
